Back on Maps provides Google Business Profile reinstatement assistance for local businesses. Our service includes a profile audit, issue identification, documentation preparation, and submission of a reinstatement request to Google on your behalf.

Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. Payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Google makes all final decisions regarding reinstatement. Back on Maps cannot guarantee that your profile will be reinstated. We guarantee that we will execute the reinstatement process correctly and completely on your behalf.

What We Need From You

You agree to provide accurate business information, required documentation (business license, utility bills, photos), and timely responses to our requests. Delays caused by incomplete documentation are not our responsibility.

Timeline

Google's review process typically takes 1-5 weeks. This timeline is outside our control and may vary based on Google's current workload.

Refund Policy

No refunds are issued once the reinstatement process has been initiated. If we determine during the audit call that your case is not viable, you will not be charged.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
